Epic Direct still owns me over 9K in commission since August 2011. I’v emailed and called them many times and each time I got the same answer as following:

I would suggest affiliates stay away from this company until they get this no paying problem fixed.
Epic Direct has trouble paying its affiliates, and that is not just for a short time, When asked about payment they admit that they are not paying right now, to my knowledge some affiliates are owed thousands of dollars. I am surprised that such a big affiliate company can get away with that. I hope that these payment problem will be resolved. I will update when and if I see any change. On the positive side, they have some good offers and reasonable lead quality control system .
