QUALITY ASSURANCE OF TRAFFIC:
Each campaign may require one or more than one of these KPIs: user retention, user engagement, in-app purchase, user loyalty, a certain level of app to be reached, tutorial completion, etc. Publisher is to provide quality traffic to fulfill campaign KPIs.
Quality Tracking Process:
Mobifly LTV team evaluates traffic quality based on campaign KPIs and publisher is provided feedback through onboarding manager. A certain amount of installs (e.g. 50 installs a day) would be needed to have representative data for evaluation. In case that traffic quality would not match with campaign KPIs, publisher is asked to pause the traffic within 24 hours and to provide details about the traffic sources and screenshots. Mobifly may ask to have another test orA_reserves the right to stop the traffic based on quality feedback. Mobifly reserves the right to withhold payments in case of quality issues.
Scaling Up: In case of quality traffic after 2 (two) successful tests, publisher is introduced to a dedicated account manager to scale up the volume for a long-term partnership.
GENERAL CAMPAIGN TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
Absolutely no incentivized traffic; social traffic; SEM/SEO brand bidding; SEM (search and display); cash back sites and virtual currency traffic; co-registration, automated landing-page calls (by means of pop-under etc.).
No ad may be created, modified or otherwise altered without express written consent from the Advertiser. Publisher will guarantee that the Campaigns will not be published on websites that:
(a) promote racism;
(b) contain any investment or money-making opportunities or advice not permitted by applicable laws;
(c) contain any gratuitous violence or profanity;
(d) contain any material that defames, libels, abuses or threatens physical harm to others or that is illegal;
(e) contain any explicit, vulgar or obscene language;
(f) contain or posts to any sexually explicit images or other offensive content or promote adult services;
(g) promote illegal substances or illegal activities; and/or
(h) promote software piracy and/or media piracy
