Examples of misleading claims include, but not limited to stating that People Media is “100% free” or “no charges ever”. The only claims an affiliate may make with respect to the term “free” are “join free,” “register free,” “browse free” or “create a free profile”. Affiliates may not call out specific genders or specific demographics as being free. - Ads for “ipods” or “acai berry” that lead to the People Media landing pages are prohibited 6- Underage traffic - Ads and placements must only be targeted to 18+. 7- Creative Assets - Creative elements in People Media-generated creatives may not be extracted, replicated, or repurposed for any other advertisements (user photos, ad-copy, etc). Publishers may only feature images that they have express permission to use (ie, not images scraped from Facebook profiles). 8- Search Engine Marketing - Bidding on trademarked keywords and all misspellings is strictly prohibited. No bidding on 'chat' related terms. 9- Other prohibited forms of marketing - No software downloads, co-registration or mobile traffic. - Hand-inputting or batching pre-collected leads into the registration form is not permitted. All leads must be derived from natural traffic activity. - No advertising on sites that promote illegal activity or infringe on the legal rights of others No PPV Traffic.
