In the event Publishers are found in violation of any of the below guidelines: - They will be immediately blocked - Leads from the publisher will not be paid 1- Adult Traffic The following marketing material is prohibited: - Creatives containing adult images including nudity or overtly sexual content - Landing pages containing adult images or overtly sexual content - Ad placements on sites of an adult nature i.e. Porn sites, Adult Friend Finder - Domain names of an adult or sexually explicit nature 2- Incentivized Traffic - Offering rewards of any sort for the completion of a People Media lead is prohibited. 3- Spam - Unsolicited, automated messages sent in mass to users via email, twitter, or any chat or instant messaging service is prohibited. 4- Hacking - Traffic resulting from the unauthorized access to a person or entity’s account is prohibited. 5- Misleading Claims - All ads must accurately represent the services that People Media offers. Examples of misleading claims include, but not limited to stating that People Media is “100% free” or “no charges ever”. The only claims an affiliate may make with respect to the term “free” are “join free,” “register free,” “browse free” or “create a free profile”. Affiliates may not call out specific genders or specific demographics as being free. - Ads for “ipods” or “acai berry” that lead to the People Media landing pages are prohibited 6- Underage traffic - Ads and placements must only be targeted to 18+. 7- Creative Assets - Creative elements in People Media-generated creatives may not be extracted, replicated, or repurposed for any other advertisements (user photos, ad-copy, etc). Publishers may only feature images that they have express permission to use (ie, not images scraped from Facebook profiles). 8- Search Engine Marketing - Bidding on trademarked keywords and all misspellings is strictly prohibited. No bidding on 'chat' related terms. 9- Other prohibited forms of marketing - No software downloads, co-registration or mobile traffic. - Hand-inputting or batching pre-collected leads into the registration form is not permitted. All leads must be derived from natural traffic activity. - No advertising on sites that promote illegal activity or infringe on the legal rights of others No PPV Traffic.
