your company to be updated and compliant with Federal policy. There is an immediate need for strict adherence to

• Any violation of this policy by an Affiliate or Sub-Affiliate of CreditReport.com is subject to immediate
expulsion from the affiliate program, as well as other legal actions that may be taken by CreditReport.com or the
FTC against your company.

CraigsList Policy
• Classified advertising of any form on CraigsList.org that uses or refers to CreditReport.com, products or
services is expressly prohibited. Furthermore any linking from CraigsList.org classifieds to CreditReport.com is
prohibited.
Email Restrictions
• Any communication (written or oral) that you may have received from us in the past pertaining to permissible
e-mail marketing of our offer including, but not limited to, from domains, ad copy, creative, subject lines, body
content, etc. is now void. Remove outdated content from your email marketing activities, if any, and replace it
with those that that are pre-approved and contained herein by CreditReport.com Any deviations from pre-approved
email marketing must be submitted to and receive prior approval from CreditReport.com in writing.
• And to reiterate current policy, CreditReport.com expressly prohibits the use of any ad copy that suggests to
the recipient of the email that the mailing is in way transactional in nature. Content in the “from” line,
“subject” line or body should not suggest it is related to their membership, changes to their credit score and
credit monitoring subscription or that suggests some prior knowledge/insight that the credit score or credit report
has changed. Wording of that nature is misleading to the recipient since CreditReport.com is the only legitimate
source for transactional e-mails. Also your company is expressly prohibited from ever signing e-mails with
CreditReport.com’s or MightyNet’s Domain Key values. More guidance on the usage of our domain in “friendly
from lines” or subject lines attached herein.
• From Line: The use of CreditReport.com in a “friendly from line” is allowed if the purpose is to market
our offer to a prospective client. However, any deviations of the from line should be submitted to
CreditReport.com for its written approval. Subject Lines & Body Copy: Subject lines cannot use any of the
following words: alert, notification, important notice, credit department, and so on. There should be no subject
lines or body copy that suggests, represents or could be perceived by consumers that the e-mail is transactional
in nature or coming from CreditReport.com as an official communication to its members and/or a
transactionally-related communication

list processing. Our company’s unsubscribe list downloads every Sunday, and publishers MUST upload every Monday,
no exceptions. CreditReport.com will check weekly to make sure all affiliates who email market have uploaded the
file. This must be done even if you are not dropping an e-mail to consumers that week.
