We do not allow affiliates to use any of the following as their own AdDomain on Paid Search: CelebrateExpress.com, BirthdayExpress.com, 1stWishes.com, CostumeExpress.com We do not allow the use of an AdDomain that is so similar, it is hard to decipher which is the 'real' Celebrate Express. Examples include but are not limited to: Celebrate-Express.com, Birthday-Express.com, FirstWishes.com, C0stumeExpress.com, etc... (using dashes, substituting zeroes for the letter "O", etc...) Your AdTitle and AdCopy cannot create the impression that your website is the 'real' Celebrate Express. Celebrate Express reserves the right to reverse commissions on orders that are the result of Fraud. Course of Action with regard to Cost per Click (CPC), Use of Domain and HTML As soon as we notice a violation of the above, our legal department will notify the party. If the party is an affiliate through our network, Commission Junction, the following will take place immediately: * Affiliate is issued a first warning * Affiliate is reported to CJ Network Quality Control (NQC) * Affiliate's commissions will be reversed and could be issued a notice of expiration from the Celebrate Express Affiliate Program All violations are not equal. We have the right to reverse commissions and expire an affiliate relationship at any time without any notice if the manner in which an affiliate promotes us is against our company's policies.
