*Never cloak, mask, remove or hide your traffic referrals.
*Never use any form of software, adware or malware to complete our offers knowingly or unknowingly by your visitor.
*Never pop a downloadable offer directly to the download page.
*You or your visitors are never allowed to use any form of proxy to fill out, complete or download an offer using your tracking links.
*Never inflate your clicks by any means to lower EPC's.
EMAIL MARKETERS:

*Only use the approved creatives in your account. If you would like to use any other creative, it must be first approved by your manager.

*Always request a suppression file from your affiliate manager if one is not available prior to any email list drop, never email without it unless instructed by our one of our staff members.
*At no time is a publisher permitted to send out direct links to the offers in their newsletter unless this has been approved.

*Never use Trademark Words as part of or within your domain name.

*Your website must have a terms of service and privacy policy.
*Your website must clearly state that you are not the advertiser.
*All stock images must be clearly marked as not an actual customer.
*All reviews or claims made by you must have a clear excerpt explaining your intent to advertise a product.
